Who may use it
The invoice generator and its backup tool are for internal use by J STAR KIERANA (M) SDN. BHD. and J STAR KEERANAA ENTERPRISE only.
- Only staff given an account by the business owner may sign in.
- The Google Drive backup is connected only by the business owner, to the owner's own Google account.
- It is not offered to customers or the public.
Staff responsibilities
- Keep your password private and don't share your account.
- Check every detail and price in the draft before confirming an invoice. A confirmed invoice keeps its number.
- Enter only accurate business information needed for invoicing.
- Report a suspected problem or account misuse to darmentradingjsk@gmail.com.
Owner responsibilities for backups
- Keep the backup key and its recovery copy safe. Without the key, backups cannot be opened.
- Review the backup folder in Google Drive, and remove old backups when appropriate. The tool never deletes them.
- Cancel the tool's Google access when it is no longer needed. See the privacy notice.
Availability
This is an internal business tool. It may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. Backups run only when the owner has switched them on, and their results are recorded in the service's logs. As of 29 October 2026 the Google Drive backup is not active.
